AMS-hosted
AMS runs the supplied software, infrastructure and agreed AI workload. Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and help using the purchased features are included in the hosted service.
CONSULTING, SOFTWARE & AI FOR THE CUTTING INDUSTRY
Hire Applied Method Systems for a specific equipment decision or operating problem. Add the software, integration and AI assistance that make the improvement practical for your team.
Discuss what you needHire AMS to define the requirement, review configurations, plan cut trials and compare the operating case. We look at the system, the material and the work around it—not just a specification sheet.
Discuss a system decisionOrganize requirements, representative trials, options, open questions and purchase decisions. Consulting can cover the comparison and trial plan, with a System Evaluation workspace when your team needs an ongoing record.
Compare the current process, equipment replacement or outsourcing with the proposed operation. Examine labor, accepted output, downtime, service, consumables and five-year ownership assumptions using your inputs.
Compare manual spreading with automation using the material, labor, volume and handling assumptions that apply to your production.
Review equipment options, material handling, tooling, software and service expectations against the application. We can configure approved selection and quoting tools for your product range.
Turn recurring preparation problems into an agreed method, a focused application or an integration. Keep qualified people responsible for material decisions and production release.
Discuss job preparationConnect materials, parts, recipes, sample files, trials and application decisions. Preserve the observations and approvals behind an accepted cutting method.
Check supported files and preparation requirements against agreed rules. Flag missing information or conflicting assumptions before the job is released.
Bring the order, current revision, material, release decision and unresolved exceptions together so your team can see what can run and what still needs attention.
Adapt an agreed existing nesting engine to your material, part, process and production workflow. Engine licensing, unusual connections and new optimization development require a separate scope.
Start with a cutting-room review or a specific operating issue. AMS can help measure the baseline, design the improvement and implement the applications that support it.
Discuss production improvementCoordinate holds, capacity, recovery and downstream handoffs. Planning & Readiness checks material, machine fit and due-date requirements; Production Coordination follows progress, interruptions and recovery.
Connect material consumed with accepted parts, scrap, re-cuts and remnants. Yield Review helps your team examine the evidence behind material use rather than relying on nest percentage alone.
Keep the job, part, revision, method, inspection and recovery connected. Quality & Recurrence supports issue evidence and corrective-action follow-through.
Plan jobs, labor, setup, capacity and workshop costs for manual cutting. It can serve a manual operation or help account for manual work alongside automated equipment.
Use the Company Process Loss Calculator and Company Handoff Map to examine waiting, repeated preparation, rework and transfers between teams. Agree which loss is worth addressing before building around it.
We configure the role, reference material and limits around your equipment and team. Text and voice options can be delivered with hosted or local operation.
Discuss an AI applicationHelp people find approved material, tooling, settings and trial evidence. Keep application questions grounded in the reference collection agreed for your equipment and material family.
Provide guidance on the current job, revision, method and exception path. Support the operator with approved information while preserving the decisions that belong to qualified people.
Support qualified technicians with machine, material and setup checks, manuals, photos, service evidence and escalation. The assistant does not control the machine.
Provide model-specific checks, parts and maintenance context, and an escalation path for manual cutting equipment. This is a separately scoped role for the equipment and references you select.
Connect the equipment record, symptoms, completed checks and next actions. We help teams prepare better service cases and make past resolutions easier to use.
Discuss service supportOrganize equipment, installed options, parts, maintenance and cases. Make the relevant history available to the people supporting each system.
Support case evidence, responsibility and follow-through. A Customer Resolution Workspace can connect the issue, actions and closure across your team.
Connect manual equipment, manuals, symptoms and service history, with the customer-specific records your technicians need.
Buy a focused application, commission a custom solution, or connect several capabilities. We agree the data, permissions, supported connections and acceptance examples before implementation.
Discuss implementationConnect supported orders, CAD or pattern files, job records, material information, quality and service through available APIs, databases, files or exports. Compatibility is checked for the specific systems involved.
Use a broader business environment when the work needs connected relationships, knowledge, service, reporting and AI assistance. A focused cutting application does not automatically require a full Company OS deployment.
Get help defining the problem, configuring the application, preparing approved references, testing representative cases and introducing it to the people who will use it. Continuing advisory and future changes can be scoped around your needs.
CHOOSE HOW IT RUNS
The product, data requirements and workload determine the right arrangement. We confirm what is included, where information can go and who operates the system before delivery.
AMS runs the supplied software, infrastructure and agreed AI workload. Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and help using the purchased features are included in the hosted service.
Run the delivered software on suitable customer-owned infrastructure. Hardware and AI capacity are sized for the work. Later support and additional development can be arranged separately.
Keep the purchased software local and connect an agreed external AI service where appropriate. We define the information that may leave the site and the tasks that depend on that service.
AI supports qualified people using approved information. It does not replace machine controls, OEM instructions, safety procedures or required approvals. Equipment compatibility and the delivered scope are confirmed for each engagement.
FROM CONVERSATION TO IMPLEMENTATION
We discuss the equipment, people, materials and business decision. Relevant examples help define what needs to change.
You receive a scope covering the consulting or software, required information, responsibilities and acceptance examples.
We configure or build the agreed solution, check it against representative cases, and help your team adopt it.
